Take your time when cutting through brick!
I used this along with a 2.5 in hole carbide hole saw to cut through brick. The guide hole was so quick, the larger hole you just have to take your time and remember you get paid by the hour. Unless your me or working on your own home.

Easy to use and sturdy
Works easily and snaps in to make the unit solid.

Solid hole saw bit.
Takes a minute to figure out, but it's a decent little hole saw bit. One star removed for lack of directions.

Pilot bit is not adjustible
This is a great setup all in all. One unfortunate attribute is that the pilot bit is so long that if you use this hole saw to drill into a wall for example, the pilot bit can drill its way through an electrical wire long before the hole saw makes it through, and now you have a much bigger problem on your hands. All they had to do was make the pilot bit adjustable and they'd have an excellent tool. I asked the manufacturer if a shorter pilot or adjustable pilot were possible but they never answered back. I'll take that as a no.

Spyder is excellent for y needs.
While I haven't used this arbor (and a hole saw I got for it - also Spyder) extensively, it worked beautifully for whatever it has been used.

Best hole saw
Why buy anything but a carbide tipped saw, this will last forever on wood and get the job done on masonry.
