Watered down
The authentic Blondor Seal & Shine conditioner is fabulous. If you purchase from Seller “SD ONLINE” beware! They sent me a watery bottle of mush. It literally pumps out a water consistency and can’t be applied like conditioner. I’ve used this product for 10 years and I know this conditioner was tampered with.

Arrived with broken pump
The bottle came with a broken pump so I cannot use it as intended. When I tried to put the pump from my prior bottle on this one it was not the same size so it does not screw on. So I have no cap for this bottle and no pump. Very disappointed considering how much I paid for this. Need better quality control.

Defective product
Received this Wella product a few days ago. I finished the previous one and I threw the container away. Today I tried to use the new bottle and pump did not work! Not satisfied.
