Foam Covered Bo Staff - Black - 4 ft

Very durable but would hurt if you take a proper hit from it. I can't imagine a grown man would be able to train for real without breaking it hitting somebody/thing. But kids could. If kids I'd recommend using helmets or no headshots rule lol.

This is an amazing and high quality product. Though the design did rub off the center, it made no difference in functionality and little change to the look of the staff.

This is a high quality product and my 6 year old son loves it. He currently only a green belt but has been using any stick like object as if it were a Bo Staff since seeing a Bo Staff form demonstration, we are glad he now has something he won't get hurt with.

This is very useful for helping me stretch out my upper body and back along with my ninja skills haha
