I work in a warehouse full of ashley furniture. We zero out ashley furniture like its cool because people bring it back broken and there is such an insane markup on this crap that it still doesn't really hurt profits. This furniture is GARBAGE. You WILL throw it away within 5 years.

We've had this chair for a week. Great quality material, great size, nice color, love the power recline, pretty comfy. It has just started squeaking though, but I didn't see this mentioned in any of the reviews. We'll try some WD-40, but after only a week, this is pretty concerning...As far as size - it's big. I'm 5'5" and sit with my 10 year old son and medium dog, or with my medium and large dogs (when reclined)...even my husband (6'1") has jumped in it with me for a few minutes.It could use some more cushioning in the seat area - but the arms are nice and plush and the foot rest has a decent amount of cushioning. My feet don't touch the floor when I sit in the chair non-reclined, which is kind of funny. There's a bit of a bump in the seat when not reclined, which is why I think more cushioning there would be nice.Love that it's a wall hugger, but wish I could keep the chair in one spot - it slides/moves pretty easily.Careful if you try getting off while it's still reclined - it can tip forward. We've learned to put the foot rest down before trying to get off.All in all, very good chair - just hoping it lasts as long as our last recliner. I'll update this review at a later time.

I love this chair! The seller that I purchased it from off Amazon was Furniture Creations. They contacted me within a few hours of my purchase to make sure they had the info on me correctly and it was a very smooth transaction all the way. They shipped it quickly and the freight company they used to deliver was great! I had seen this chair at $1459 and was shocked when I saw the price on Amazon. I couldn't pass it by. I got the power one and it is so quiet and smooth. I wanted a big recliner because my 2 Schnauzers were killing my legs laying on me in my standard recliner. Now they both lay next to me and not on me and we are all very comfortable. It is also very well made. Looks like it will last for years! I cannot get in this chair without falling asleep. You will absolutely love it!

I do love the recliner but unless i recline closer to a laying back position my feet hang off the end and this is why i gave it 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been 5

We had this chair for approximately 2 months. A prong broke on the power mechanism with the chair in the reclined position. The chair was still under warrantee. After repeated contact with the seller, they said they would not send a repair technician but would send repair parts. We could contact a local Ashley dealer, who said they would charge us $85 with a 2 hour minimum. In an attempt to repair the chair ourselves (because we were not going to pay an additional $170 on a chair that is under warrantee), we discovered the new parts didn't match up exactly with the original parts. We were able to return the chair to its upright position, but now have a recliner that we will no longer recline due to the parts not fitting properly and concern it will break again in the reclined position.

A bit pricey, but it is like an over-sized recliner. You can lie on it horizontally or vertically! It has a manual operating system, I just leave it out. It is very high, my feet do not touch the floor. As a recliner, great, as jus a sitting chair, too high.

We purchased the chair in November and wanted to wait before we rated the item. WE LOVE IT! It is very comfortable and well made. Hubby and I are able to sit in it together but keep in mind he is only 5'6" and I'm only 4'9".
