Delicious, nutritious, high quality
these are delicious, I recommend them, especially for something quick and nutritious. Got them for a camping trip and unfortunately the package arrived with only one can. They refunded me no problem, but I was sad to not have them for the trip!

Yummy Tuna mixes
I usually get Kitchen & Love's quinoa when shopping but they only carry 2 products & I wanted to try other products. These tuna cans are great. Keep an eye out for bones, I only found 2 but need to be alert. Fast delivery & yummy.

Great quick snack or meal replacement
Taste really good, love it as a low carb meal. The last few have had more bones in them which is unfortunate.

Healthy & Delicious
I love this tuna, quinoa & chickpeas and I also love the 4 bean tuna by Kitchen & Love. They make foods that are highly appealing to me, but also great for my health. The tuna, quinoa, and chickpeas (which also contains another superfood, lentils) is seasoned nicely, is filling, and portable to take with you to work or anywhere else. All you need is a spoon. This is a fantastic combination of superfoods and is great for brain, heart, and gut health. It has the potential to treat and or/prevent disease, although this is merely my personal observation and based on my experience with this delicious food item. If you love tuna, you will likely love the tuna, quinoa, and chickpeas as much as I do.

Salty
I have only tried the bean medley. If it wasn't for the overpowering saltiness I think they would taste good, but it's almost as bad as eating pretzel cheese straight. I will still try one of the other mixes from Kitchen & Love. Maybe it's just the bean medley that is so salty. If they are all going to be this salty, I would rather get the bumble-bee medleys (the southwest rice was very dry, but the teriyaki one was great).Outside of the saltiness, I think these are a good value. There was plenty of tuna in each can, but--constructive criticism--I do wish it was mixed in more, or maybe at the top so you can break it up and have bites with the other ingredients. Currently when you eat it from the can, it seems like you eat all the other ingredients and end up with a bunch of tuna by itself at the bottom.
