I put this on the other one. You do not need to spend this kind of money unless you're going for your inspector's license for like a city, you can get the cheaper version that's not ring binder that has all the same information

I received the 2021 IBC Paper back edition, packed in the box and upon opening it the book it was partially wrapped by plastic. I had included the fast tabs in the order for reference so began to put them in the book. Soon after I started putting the fast tabs in the 2021 IBC book it started coming apart at the front of the book, so carefully I tried to continue placing the fast tabs in the book. The book continued to come apart from the binding to the point that at least 70+ pages came loose off the binding and now all of those pages are individual sheets not attached to the book that were in the front of the book . I think the book seller should replace the book and the fast tabs cannot be taken off the pages so I feel like they should be replaced along with the book. John Condon Gallatin, TN
