Really SNEAKY & SKETCHY PRICING!!! Watch for bait-&-switch pricing! But I DO LOVE THESE!
Purchased max order of 3 bins on 7/3/17 @ $8.99/ea. Came back for more 3 days l8r, 7/6/17, & price is now $9.99/ea (50 ct). BREAKING NEWS: TODAY, 7/8/17 THESE ARE MARKED-UP *EVEN HIGHER* TO $11.03 -- just 5 DAYS after my original purchsse at $8.99!!! NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION ABOUT*WHY THIS IS*!I DESPISE bait-&-switch pricing on Amazon and any other store. I have asked seller WHY & expect an answer, which I will pass on to you all. AS NOTED THEY'VE NONE IF THEM REPLIED AND NOW THE PRICE US EVEN HIGHER JUST 5 DAYS AFTER MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE! IF AMAZON IS GOING TO ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOR FROM IT'S SELLERS, THERE **REALLY ARE*** OTHER PLACES TO BUY THESE!Having said all that, love these pacs. I have tried other brands, from VERY expensive to generic Cost-co Kirkland brand and have experienced the only complaints I ever really notice in reviews (sometimes in hot weather they stick together - just keep indoors in cool dry place or refrigerate for a while & gently peel apart - PLEASE NOTE THIS HAS NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO ME WILL ALL POWERCORE. The other complaint I have noticed is that ppl are finding the casing residue on their otherwise clean clothes. The " secret" is to put them in before you put the clothes in & DO NOT OVER-LOAD. I also ALWAYS wash in HOT water and rinse in cool. Unless it's lingerie then I just find hand-washing is the best/safest (not bras & undies; I'm talking about high-end "sleep" wear & robes (rayon usually; now, this NEVER HAPPENS TO ME. If I forget to put them in first I just dig deep as I can near the agitator before it starts, while tub is filling, & stash a couple of them strategically. My biggest problem has nothing to do with the pacs themselves. It's my own odd tendency to think that if a little is good then a lot MUST be better! I have to do 3-5 loads of laundry daily and many of those are my husband's stained work jeans and t-shirts, jackets, overalls, hats, socks. I looove for my laundry to smell delicious and so I have always loved Gain. But it's gotten WAY too expensive and I have gone from those to generic (using HANDFULS of those to make myself feel like clothes were CLEAN!) to now BASICALLY following the usage directions on the package of All POWERCORE (I have tried all the various available formulations and I like the OXI & the one for bright whites & colors the best, but money is TIGHT at our house and I have had to be a truly economically minded shopper (I never pay retail!) I use 2 on a lighter load of sheets and towels and undergarments like socks and undies, about 4 on diesel-fuel- and asphalt-covered jeans and t-shirts etc. These work! I can't believe I didn't have to use so many as I used to!This bucket fits my budget at $8.99 ea. In our household,a buck is a buck that has to stretch a long way. I'd love to be they're biggest customer... I just need to get that price back down to $8.99 ea!Thankful devoted Amazon Prime Shopper for many, many years! Thanks for your consideration and explanation of why prices changed from every seller I just 3 day's time (less, actually, because I look at item daily and just noticed new upward pricing today.

Works great on tough odors!
I recently bought the small package of these packs for use at work. We have a quantity of communal shirts for our department members that work part-time on an as-needed basis - they choose one at the start of their shift, and put it in the hamper at the end of the day. The work can be very physical and often times outdoors, and the shirts many times come back pretty nasty. We had been using the company-provided Tide, but it was just not doing the job. The shirts just didn't smell very clean and sometimes body odor lingered. So I took matters into my own hands and perused the laundry aisle. Aside from very expensive sport-specialty detergents, this looked like my best option.I have not been disappointed. I washed a VERY large load that was left after a huge event as my test run. It was probably around 50 shirts. We use large commercial washers and I put them all in one load with 2 packs that I tossed directly into the washer with the clothes. I did not have any issues with the packs not dissolving. I was so impressed by the results that I took our remaining 30 or so clean shirts and did the rest. They smelled fresh and clean, and the white trim was sparkling. They looked and smelled better than they ever have. I immediately ordered the large tub of them.I have not used them yet at home, where I have a large capacity top-loader without the agitator. I am anxious to try them there to see how they work in that machine. If there are no problems with the packs disolving, I will switch entirely!

Works well and pretty cost effective.
I used to work in property damage restoration, and smoke odors tend to be tenacious when treated with most consumer-grade detergents and cleaning products. These things are downright impressive, as they remove the odors associated with cigar smoking. That being said, they don't hold much of a candle to dedicated products for that purpose, but for something that the general public can get a hold of this is pretty rad. It's direct competitor in my household are Tide Boost + Bleach , which have been formidable in their own right. The smoke odors were their only shortcoming. So I basically consider them equivalent products, because they've produced similar results for myself and my household. Price is where things start getting kinda funny. As of this writing, I'd been getting those Tide + Bleach packs for about $0.55 each. These were available for a paltry $0.20 each. For now, I'm stocking both of them and soliciting feedback, but I haven't noticed the non-melting packaging problem described by other reviewers. They may become the new default. Worthy of mentioning, the container is durable but the lid is poorly attached. This is a big plus if arthritis is a concern, but a negative if you're concerned by tiny humans getting into things.

This is my new favorite laundry pod
This is my new favorite laundry pod. I love that it has odor removers right in the pod and the smell is great when the laundry is done. It is so easy to throw in with the wash, and the smell is great when the clothes are done. My only issue has been twice the pod has not completely dissolved, but this was when it was thrown in after clothes and when my son filled the washer very full. I typically throw them in first as the water is filling up but I have never encountered that problem with any other pod in any circumstance. I will throw in 2 of these if I am doing a larger load, but I feel that one is sufficient for a regular load and it does do well to remove odors and leave the clothes with a fresh scent. I have not tried the other All Power Core pods, but this one is one I will be using often in a house full of sweaty boys.
