With a hearing loss and less sensitivity to high frequencies using the computer speakers has taken the joy out of music. By adding PulseAudio to boost the higher and some lower frequencies and using these head phones the joy comes back. I can understand dialogue while watching videos and movies now. It feels like skipping a hearing aid. I did have to go to "settings" and select the headphones to get them to work. I am using PoP! Linux and these work great. I encourage everyone to get good headphones and touch up the frequencies to their ears.

The headphones fit snug and comfortably. I work remotely so I tested the noise cancellation with two coworkers over Teams and Slack. I banged loudly on the wall, which made my brother’s large dog start barking. My coworkers could not hear either noise!

I absolutely love the hands on mute button, very sturdy comfortable, but does seem to fall off my head and does not extend all the way noise cancellation could be a lot better. I always feel like they’re all falling off of my head but if you need these for work, I definitely recommend they do have really good. Sound quality I just wish the material was stronger and the active noise. Cancellation was better. However, I love having that mute button I do use an adapter to make a USB-C so if you need a headset for work that is going to be decent and last definitely go for it. If you need something bad has active noise cancellation that’s a little bit stronger. These are not the best for noise cancellation but they do block out a lot of noise but some noises that other Mike’s could block out these mics do not definitely recommend Possibly will order another pair just to have on standby

Fits comfortably on my head. Easy to use. Provides good noise reduction. Good value for money. Great for remote or work from home. Especially call center jobs.

I use this headset every work day (and have for the past 6 plus months) and it works perfectly. It's a pain to remember to turn the volume up the first time I use it every day but it is still a good buy and worth purchasing if you work from home.

It is lightweight and the sound is pretty good. But the flat ear pieces became uncomfortable after an hour. They tend to firmly press into your ears and it gets uncomfortable.

They are great to a certain point but I’m not too sure on the noise cancellation so much the price could be a little cheaper.

One ear or two? This is an induction question for all our staff, as one of the things everyone (except me) gets is a new headset for teams and phones when they start working with us. Please understand this is a review from my team of 30+ techies, as I am profoundly deaf and the product is useless to me personally. The team report that the Audio is great, and clients also report that the microphone quality is really clear. The headsets are comfortable to wear with our support team keeping them on for approx 8 hours a day. The build quality is good and on average they are lasting around 2 years, but at this stage we tend to replace them for simple wear and tear. No-one ever agrees on if it’s better to be able to hear the room (one ear) or completely focus on the call / meeting (two ears) but that’s the wonderful world of free choice. We use Polycom phones in the office with a usb connector and these are perfect for that or swap over to their PC’s for Teams. It also works really well with the soft phones. All in all a great product at a sensible price, we tried many different options previously and these are the only ones that have a consensus from the team for comfort and quality. You can’t go wrong.
