I'm 5'4 1/2 and 145 lbs would they fit me? I guess my thigh is a little thicker then the average but not much

Yes, they will definitely fit you but they're going to come up very high on your legs. I am 5'10 and 295 pounds and they came up past my knees. They were snug around my thighs be it helped them stay up instead of rolling down.

I'm 6'2 with a 36" inseam. Would these go over my knee at all?

The legging material is very thin, and the top of the legging constantly rolls down. I'm 5'6 and the leggings seemed to run a bit on the smaller side. The legging does go over my knee by about an inch and a half. Hope this helps.

Not sure for 6 feet tall, Im 5"5 & weigh 117 pounds and they stay up pretty high on my thighs so it may work for you. Im not sure 💯 but get them if you want to give it a try. I've seen reviews that it works for 6" tall people.
