Pharmaceutical break
I have a tbi, so I’m on quite a few medications. When I use homeopathy it helps tremendously and I appreciate the break from the pharmaceutical medications.

Won't keep you from eating or wanting sugar, but if you are determined to remove processed sugars from your diet, it will reduce the cravings.

Dispenser poorly designed
Couldn't get dispenser to work. Shake and shake and shake, tap and tap. Got a few serving but gave up in annoyance, so I can't really comment on it's effectiveness for health help.
