Q: Is the Isla pattern (flowered ) 100% cotton?

Yes, I purchased the floral pattern and the tag says 100% cotton.

Q: Is the neckline stretchy enough to pull down for easy breastfeeding access or do you have to undo the snaps? I have a small frame.

I thought it was difficult to pull down for breast feeding so returned. It would be better if there was lift up or side access.

Q: Will this get ruined when you give birth? I never had a baby so I'm just assuming it will get soiled after birth then I have to change my clothes

Yes. This is a gimmick for first time moms. As soon as I gave birth this gown was covered in who knows what and had to be changed to a hospital gown. I never wore it again. But I do remember how gross it was having to bring it home to wash. And honestly, when I was in the midst of labor, I didn't care what I was wearing. That was the least of my concerns. For my second pregnancy (due any day) I'm wearing a hospital gown for delivery and saving comfy clothes for after. This gown may be pretty, but I think it's unnecessary.

Q: Would this fit someone 5'6 and approximately 147 lbs at delivery?

Yes, I am 5’1 and was 142 at delivery and it fit with plenty of room. It was long on me- as most things are.
