It's VERY diluted I can tell you that much. Terpinen-4-ol is 0.33% and it should be at 2-6% based on ISO3515

I've thought about the previous answer provided since receiving the product myself and I have to say, while the description of the product *may* be interpreted as false advertising, it's actually in how you read it. The large bottle of lavender oil is from Canary Islands as previous answer stated, however, the product listing technically only refers to the 10ml bottle as being "100% Pure & Natural Therapeutic Grade from Bulgaria"... there is no mention of the grade or source information for the large bottle. I can see how this might be misleading to some, but it's not technically inaccurate. In response to your question... all three bottles claim to be 100% essential oil, which would lead me to believe they are undiluted (i.e. not mixed with carrier oils), but they apparently are different grades of oil.
