Good Flavor and Fiber
Grapenut Flakes is a great cereal to get the fiber needed for "daily activities". Simple in flavor, and good to add fruit

Nutty crunchy goodness
My wife has been a devoted Grape Nuts Flakes fan since childhood. Nutty, crunchy, good source of fiber. Lots of vitamins and minerals. Only 7g total sugars. Great way to start the day!

Delicious. You can’t find these in the local grocery stores. I am surprised even Amazon has them. But Amazon has everything right! I have been looking for this cereal for years and BAM. There they were at Amazon all along. Thank you Amazon!

Delivered fresh.
I love Grape Nuts, but couldn't eat them due to dental issues. I happened to see these flakes and tried. They're small, crunchy, but lightly crispy at the same time. The taste is really great, just like the GN. I just ordered 2 more boxes. I do live the flakes on yogurt with a little maple syrup. My cereal came delivered in a box, and not crushed in an envelope. The cereal is fresh and long before expiration date. This is a big box, too! I will continue to buy this cereal from this seller. Great price.

Good choice in cereals
One of my favorite ole timey cereal 🥣. I'm glad it's still no frills and fulfils basic fiber need in a tasty manner
