GenericFlan Caramel syrup . 22 oz bottle

What are the exact ingredients?

Can i use this caramel to cover the walls of my flan mold and then baking it?

Also, if I don’t use the syrup to cook on heat but for desserts to chill, will it still come off the pan or be stuck on it?

How is the color of the syrup? Is it too dark or nice brown? Some syrups turn the top so dark.
