I love love love LOVE this shower head!!!!! It's amazing!!!!! I honestly don't have much to complain about except that you have to be careful and make sure you use the plumbers tape to make sure it doesn't leak. The shower head was easy to install in our apartment and when I say easy I mean my fiance has no experience fixing or installing things at all and it took him about half an hour. It will also be just as easy to uninstall when we are ready to move out. We didn't need to alter our shower at all because the suction bracket holds the hose right on the side of the shower. The square rain head has a 360 rotatable head which means you can do quite a bit of adjusting to get it however you want it. It works perfectly and it doesn't have any issues with showers that have two temperature knobs which I know can be a problem sometimes with the head splitting the two temperatures of water. The removable hose head has a waterfall feature, a massage feature, and a regular shower head kind of feature. All are super nice and its great to have the easier option for bathing our pets. Pets are so much more easily bathed using a shower hose. Overall this is one of the best things we have bought for our apartment so far and I would buy it three more times if I have to but it's a great quality so I don't see that being an issue. It looks nice, it functions nice, it has a great price so it's seriously unbeatable. Do yourself a favor and buy this!!

Really awesome combo, especially if you pair it with a few upgrades. The finish and style of both pieces is very nice, despite being plastic-y. The instructions are pretty good. The three functions on the shower wand are nice, and the rainfall head really gives you a nice drenched feeling, especially if you can position it directly overhead with a shower arm extension. I wish it came with a three-way diverter instead of just a two-way, so you could use both the wand and shower head at the same time, instead of having to choose. Plus the two-way diverter it came with had a much more complicated installation than the three-way diverter I have been using for years. Since, I already had the three-way diverter from a previous set, so I knew what to order and now I can use both at once! Decadence :) KES Handheld Shower and Shower Head Shower Arm 3-Way Diverter, Polished Chrome, PV5 The showerhead isn't that heavy, but it does take a decent shower arm to hold it up. I wound up finding the AKDY one to be really sturdy and long enough to give me the install I was looking for. AKDY® 11" Length Brass Adjustable Height Shower Head Arm Panel The included suction cup mount for the shower wand is great, since it allows me to position the wand anywhere. Since I'm using both fixtures at once, sometimes, it's nice to be able to move it around (I have tile, if you have a textured installation then you have to use the adhesive.) The waterfall setting on the wand is great for rinsing out shampoo or conditioner, and the champagne spray is lovely and tingly. It all makes for a pretty impressive setup without totally breaking the bank!

First, this was a impulse “lightning sale” buy, so don’t judge. However, it proved to be a nice upgrade from our apartment no-frills fixed shower head. Installation was simple enough and the instructions are good. However, you will want to remove the flow restrictor in the main head unit (carefully remove the small screen with rubber washer, pick out the red plastic flow limiter, replace the washer). Important to note if your are shopping for something that will last, this is likely not a good choice. Everything about it, with the exception of the flexible hose, is plastic, including the diverted valve. If you use too much force to tighten the pieces together, you are going to damage it or at least reduce the life of it, so use a schoolgirls touch, and not tools! Also, I would advise not resting the wand head in the holder that is part of the diverted valve, since that could prematurely wear the valve or stress it. Use the remote mount instead, it’s pretty convenient. Overall, not a bad $25 spent, since it does a nice job and looks decent, but I will be buying a better quality unit when this one fails.

I think its worth the cost, if you’re looking for something to replace an older showerhead and you want something modern. Its simple to install but you will possibly need a monkey wrench to twist off older showerheads. The pressure of the water is great. its not heavy but it isnt weak either. its just right to give a good rinse and hard enough to release any muscle tention. It really feels like a spa. In terms of the detachable add on, i havent used it much but the pressure is in that portion of the shower head if you need it for sure. The suction to hold the addtional part is really poor. I would recommend attaching to the square head or purchasing another suction holder. i never used mine it was that bad. Overall it gets the job done

Físicamente están bonitas, pero la regadera de mano es muy pesada y ambas sacan poca agua aunque tengo hidroneumatico. Es muy incómodo cambiar de una a otra, ya que la palanca de cambio está arriba en la regadera que sale hacia la cabeza y es muy alto y está muy dura. El principal problema es que no hay donde poner la regadera de teléfono, pues la parte de arriba tiene un espacio, pero la regadera de mano es muy gruesa y no cabe ahí. También incluye un accesorio para pegarlo en la pared, pero es de ventosa de muy mala calidad y se cae. Sería mejor una que se pudiera atornillar, por lo que, se queda colgada la regadera de mano y estorba al bañarse. Definitivamente NO la recomiendo, es muy cara y poco práctica

The only thing I wish had been different is the switch from the top head to the smaller one. It is located where the larger showerhead connects to the pipe and that isn't convenient. I had hoped there would have been a switch on the smaller showerhead but the button is only for changing the type of water output.
