I take this after every workout, even on my days off. I feel less sore and I am more willing to go harder at the gym knowing this keeps my energy levels up!I really do enjoy the flavor and the fact that it dissolves easily in my shaker cup. Highly recommend adding this to your daily routine!

I love EVLs other BCAA line and I have a few of their other supplements. I love the brand in general and the bang for your buck is amazing. HOWEVER, this specific product has a weird taste. Like lipstick. I'm going to keep using it and maybe just mix it with something (not water which is what I mixed it with the first time I tasted it), or just gulp it down because I don't want to waste it. If you gulp it the taste isn't that bad its not disgusting so much as ...weird. If I see results I'll probably try the other flavor - I tried Blue Raz.

Fruit Punch flavor - I've used this product in the past and loved the results and the flavor but not this time. I don't know what it is but it's chalky and has an aftertaste that I cant identify. I started with the recommended amount but with more water but had to keep increasing the water to cut the taste. I'll continue to use the product b/c I don't want to throw it away but trying to figure out if there is something else to mix it with. Maybe coconut water...
