Disappointing
The whole thing nearly tips while in use, the spring connected to the head ( ball) bent after just one use.. waste of money and very disappointing

Boxing bag not enough height
The product itself is a good idea but the bag is too low for boxing and theres no way to adjust the height so not much use for boxing training. My son is 11 amd it is even a bit too low for him practicing on. If they can make it height adjustable then would be better.

Not worth it
The bag itself is not to bad.the bar does go around but quite slowly the spring for the top bag bent after 2 days of using.it is not sturdy and all the core moves easy if it was cheeper it wouldn’t be that bad but for the price terrible.
