34h reset here again.
I have this to my two daughter’s foot about three weeks. They didn’t solve them. So I thought it was too hard. So I solved bother units in about 1.75 hour s each though I’m am color blind to some of the shades. A little clunky. Age 10-14 for the 10 color. My eldest started to resolve after I showed her it was possible. I highly recommend especially if on trips or Evan as a punishment key to get out. Lol but the 3 color might be a good start point even my 6 year old started her 10 color. Great product durable and well designed.

Fun but gets stuck
Great idea but sometimes it gets stuck as the little balls have to be perfectly aligned to rotate sections.

Let me explain it to you
The thing is really nice and I do like messing with it but the balls can be hard to move about 30% of the time and they make a horrible sound when you spin the balls in place. Parts of it can also get stuck here and there and it's not really something that I can spend hours messing with because of all the tiny things that make it hard to use. It also will never be 100% solved because of its design there will always be two balls on the wrong side.

Fun and engaging
Honestly, I ordered the red one, but recieved blue. I'm not going to go through the hassle to exchange, because I don't want upset my autistic child now that she has it. The puzzle/fidget is a fun little puzzle and was a great addition to our collection of calming toys.

Cheaply made to the point of being unusable
The media could not be loaded. Oh boy. I was very excited about the concept of this toy as someone who loves slide puzzles and other visual games like this. I am an adult and was hoping for a desk fidget to use during brain breaks. This is NOT the toy for that. I took it out of the package 20 min ago and was moving beads around to try to start a puzzle and while I’m looking at one side something fell off the back. I turn it around as some of the balls are falling out too because the piece has the lip that keeps them in. That’s a big choking hazard considering the box said 3+. The piece goes back on but it doesn’t stay, as shown in the video.Even if it hadn’t fallen apart, this was not going to be a winner. The sound is TERRIBLE. As a toy marketed for autistic children, which means sensory sensitivity, this misses the mark so much you wouldn’t have know the target was there. I have autism and while sounds generally don’t bother me this was 100% nails on a chalkboard. The noise isn’t constant but if the balls get stuck which is most of the time it screeches. The last downside of this toy is that with the front and back functions you can be trying to slide the middle piece and have no luck despite the balls being aligned on the side you’re looking at because they’re just slightly off on the back. This is something I’m not sure how you’d fix as opposed to the other issues but still worth noting. All in all, if you want to be disappointed and frustrated buy this! Given the low price compared to other quality fidgets I had low expectations and this still didn’t meet them.

Breaks easily
So I got this for a co worker who likes fidget type puzzles. Being double sided with sliding and a spin feature was great. However while I was turning the spin feature to mix up the beads a piece fell off that allowed beads just to fall out. The piece easily snapped back into place but now falls off frequently. It’s a bummer if the side the piece falls off is down because the beads then just fall out.
