is Compatible/Replacement Cap for ML300L & ML300 LX & LED Rechargeable Only

I put this on the MagLite I keep in my vehicle in the event I ever get stuck and need to use it on my vehicle or someone else’s who is in distress. This is very well made and fits perfectly in your ML300. I would recommend taking a tiny bit of WD-40 and lubing the threads prior to your first use. Great addition to your ML300 light!

I’m happy with it if I have one on my other Maglite, I had to buy this one for the new one though because it’s a different sizeI’d love to give it five stars but for the price it’s pretty stupid. It doesn’t come with the gaskets I knew that one ordering it.I was gonna use my knife to try it off and almost cut it in half. You gotta stop a penny in there and get part of it up over the thread. It’s difficult to remove without damaging.It’s just kind of lame not to include something like that when it would cost them basically nothing. Maybe it’s because they don’t want to buy them direct from Maglite? There must’ve been a Chinese solution to that.

I gave it a try on a piece of tempered window glass that I was replacing for other reasons.(For those who don't know: car windshields are laminated, car door windows are tempered.)At first I made the rookie mistake of hitting the center of the window, multiple times. Nothing but some chips.Then the glass installer who was standing next to me, smiling, told me to hit it near the edge of the frame.I gave it a good whack. Nothing. I gave it a better whack - and punched a hole right through!The hole was big enough to reach a couple fingers through and unlock a car door, and I could have punched more out if needed. The rest of the window cracked like a spider web but did not tumble to pieces, just as tempered glass is supposed to behave.The glass did scratch up my tip on the way through, but hey, we don't buy these things for their cosmetic value.Lesson: hit near the corner of the window, and hit it HARD.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE (and a nice product too)! First shipment lost, by USPS of course (not the seller’s fault). Seller promptly shipped another which was received ahead of time - no questions asked. Very easy seller to work with. Product is nice add on too. Wanted it more for a personal defense use on my service mag lights than to break glass, but seems more than up to that task too.

Great for busting windows in an emergency. I have one on my MagLite ML300L D-cell flashlight in my vehicle in case of accidents. MagLite level quality.
