This Adult Diaper is designed to hold around 6000ml it can last for 12 hours I wore one of these once, just over 24 hours with no leaks.They fit snuggly and are very comfortable to wear.The standing leak gaurds are well made and the moisture distribution is excelent.It will take more than one bladder void before you feel wet in these.They may be expensive but they are excelent value for money you buying confidence with these.

These are absolutely awesome diapers. I have a 30" waist and bought the medium size (there's no small option) and they do fit perfectly, although it does take time to get them to fit 'just right'. My boyfriend/carer puts mine on for me and they're super easy to put on. They hold a lot of liquid, I'd probably advise only wearing them at night (in bed) because they're very bulky. It'd be very obvious that you're wearing a diaper if you were to wear these during the day, especially if it's wet as it swells up and produces a large bulge. Walking in them is a challenge as well lol, they make you waddle like a penguin - especially if wet. They're not particularly noisy and don't 'rustle' much, surprising considering they're plastic-backed. I find they're most comfortable wearing nothing else with it (just the diaper) or with loose fitting joggers/pyjamas. For those looking for discretion - these arrived in a standard Amazon box, nicely packaged. It's unlikely anyone would be able to tell what was in the box.

Perfect for a long night's sleep. Sleep in any position you like because these adult nappies contain all your accidents and swell up nicely with no leaks!Not suitable for discreet wearing due to the super thickness and wide fitting. If you wear them correctly,( snug) you will have a waddle while you walk.The landing zone makes sure the nappy stays where you put it and elastic waistband means it's comfy too.Slightly cheaper than other equivalents but better in my opinion.
