Bought this to machine 15mm perspex (acrylic) because of difficulty in finding quality 2 flute end mills long enough. This cutter, cut really nicely and gave an acceptable finish for hand feeding on milling machine. Still very sharp after many hours of use. Will be buying the 4mm version for future use on perspex instead of using end mills when price comes down to £11 - 12 range, which is what I paid for this one and is value for money, £20 is a bit expensive for these cutters unless you have no other option.

Got this specifically for machining acrylic and it works great Leaves a nice clean cut and ejects the acrylic bit just fine stopping them from clogging the bit up.The shaft is quite long, which did reduce the max travel of my Z axis. So I had to shorten the shaft length by a few millimetres using an angle grinder.

Cuts clean and clears chips really well. Only downside is that I think it's diameter is very slightly under 6mm. Single flute so can't measure exactly but I reckon it's 5.95mm diameter.
