This is by far my favorite all-around supplement. I feel more energy from it and my hair, lashes, and nails grow stronger and faster when I use it.

I am just starting to take mushrooms and am unable to provide review of product other than it arrived promptly and seems to be what I ordered and of good quality. I will need to take for a couple of months to know more about the product's use and effects.

I'm taking this supplement to support memory and focus as I age. I'm in my mid 60's. I think this is helping somewhat but I feel that when I was taking ErgoActive by Sundita (no longer available) I felt sharper. We'll see over time how this product helps. I'm going to give it a full 6 months to see how things change.

Real Mushrooms is a reputable company with great products. I have been using the five defenders for a few months now and like the positive results. I’m adding this one on and will evaluate overtime how much better I feel.

This mushroom extract contains L-Ergothioneine, ERGO. Prof. em. Robert Beelman, food scientist at Penn State University, in a presentation for the American Chemical Society recently pointed out that ERGO may support healthy aging and has positive effects on the brain. For example, he presented results that indicated that ERGO may help prevent Alzheimer and Parkinson diseases and may increase longevity. Such findings have not been confirmed yet in double-blind clinical trials. - My personal experience is that I can better recall names of people I met a long time ago, after taking 1 capsule a day for 10 days.

A nurse friend recommended these pill for me. I have been taking for over two months and do not feel any healthier.. Also these are expensive. Think I'll pass and not keep going.
