For what it's worth..........I bought mine from W********''*, not Amazon, 'cos it was only £9 in the shop.Yes, it is cheap and cheerful, but I've had it for a month and it's been fine so far.The receiver installed the necessary software, and it was up and running in seconds.I've used it on Win7 and Linux - no problems.How long it, or the batteries, will last is yet to be seen, but so far it scores on the value for money. If it lasts I'd buy it again.The only downside is when it falls off the arm of the chair there's no cable to pull it back up again..........;)

Ordered this mouse in hopes I could get a good mouse for my Chromebook, I have the same mouse as this one, exact same model number and that one works fine. With this one, I put the batteries in, plug in the USB and... Nothing.Nothing happened, it didn't work, it seemed a part was missing that kept the batteries held in place or something? It seemed very low quality.I don't know if this was a one-off time but I'm still disappointed and will be getting a refund.

Great little mouse.

Basically it is not a good mouse. It does not come with a driver disk and is not recognised by the O/S. The computer knows it is there but it does not work. I have tried to obtain a driver with no success and the Texet site is a trade only site to sell more. I will not be buying a second one.

I bought one of these online and it broke, just stopped responding after an hours use with full batteries and with it being 'connected' according to my computer. Thought Id got a dodgy/faulty one. Re-ordered one as they are cheap and the second one broke after one use. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this if you want a wireless mouse pay good money and get a decent one. Texet make cheap rubbish that is barely useable and is a mystery how they get the CE stamp on their junk. I think ill just go back to wired mouse and keyboard as they are a million percent more reliable.
