About the reviews complaining about the threads
Yes, some of the black plastic was melted in the thread portion but with a small needle could be easily removed. You don't have to be an Einstein to figure it out. I really like the design and was worth every bit of my 10 dollars.

Poor service cheap product
Product was estimated two weeks which then turned to 4 weeks. Status changed again and the minute I inquired the status changed to delivered five days earlier. Amazon cancelled for me and I reordered. Out of nowhere one day delivery from same vendor. BS

Poor quality
Poor quality. Missing the metal threads and the plastic backing isn’t large enough to support it through the 2nd gen tundra grill. Would probably last 1 summer. Just long enough to not be able to return it.

Looks OEM
First, I love how it looks.Pros:1. Nicely built, solid, good color.2. Looks OEM.Cons:1. In my application, I had to add a metal plate for the backing to keep it from bowing.Final thoughts:Overall I would say it is a good product and I would certainly recommend it.

Very Cheap
I expected some Metal Not plastic and had a great had a hard tine getting the connecting screews to fit in. they seem to be stripped out so will be sending back!
