Extremely poor quality product and customer service
Have been using Keihls products since past many years and this eye cream is my go to cream. I ordered the eye cream first time from this seller and the product came very bad with split water and cream almost kind of expired looking. Where as upon registering a complain their reply was very rude and unresolving and accepting the faulty product as well as asked me to bear the courier charge for sending it back to them. Yet after three days passed there is no information and contact on sending the courier that clearly shows their intent to not refund.
