Q: mat an pillow dimension?

I think the mat is approximately 2 feet across and about 3 feet long. The pillow is enough to fit under your neck curved and not flat.

Q: does this work for really tall people? (Well over 6ft)

Not really sure. Probably only shoulders and part of your back.

Q: Is there a storage bag available for this mat?

This one did not come with a storage bag, but I used an old bag from a sleeping bag. It rolls up a little smaller than a sleeping bag.

Q: Anyone used this help with sciatica? If so did it help? Ty

I tried to use but it was to hard caused more pain I ended up throwing it away because I couldn't find anyone that could use I hope this answers your question
