Nice features NOT durable
This product was fantastic right out of the box... but within just a couple of uses the plastic caps popped off the ends (so it gets dirt and sand inside and then tracks it everywhere) and now a screw has come out and gotten lost so it won’t fully extend anymore. I used it approximately once per week on outdoor photo shoots for 3 months and haven’t been rough with it at all. Very disappointed. I’m on Amazon now to order a new, hopefully more durable one. This one would probably be fine if you only use it inside and don’t adjust it/open/close it much (but then what’s the point?)
