I was involved in grounds maintenance for 30 years, and this is one of the best grass seeds I’ve found for my area, which is Western NY.

Good mix, growing pretty good.
The mix works better than others I've tried growing in hard clayish soil. Still not perfect, it is having difficulty growing in other areas. I will order this again.

Unhappy customer
I bought a 20 lbs bag and before a 7 lbs bag. I have not seen any sprout since reseeding my lawn. I used the 7 lbs bag on my front lawn on 8/31/2023, and checked earlier today, no sprouting. I water the lawn 3 times a week, approximately 1 hrs each time. The seeds are still in place but no growth. Are they real grass seeds? The birds won't even eat them. If I could take up all (20 + 7) 27lbs of grass seeds and return them to amazon, I really would. In the past I had no problems with other brands like Scotts etc. Waste of time and money. I am 💯 Disappointed.
