Please, send a new powercord.
I like the sleek look. It is easy to handle which is an important for my arthitic hands. My only complaint? The powercord does not work. Meaning, I have no way to charge my new laptop. Please advise(?)

Great laptop for the price!
Overall, if youre looking for a basic run-of-the-mill computer to do basic tasks at home or on the go this is the device for you! Even though I do have a beefier computer, I will say that this little laptop has helped a ton when traveling or simply completing tasks that require a bit more flexibility on my location like at school or even at a friends house. If you are looking for a gaming device, this probably would not be for you. But a student or young adult needing a basic computer I def would suggest giving this a try.

Good while it lasts
I don't save as many things on this as most people do and yet after only 2 years it keeps pestering me about having run out of storage space. It didn't always used to be that way with Chromebooks, but it kind of feels like they're trying to get people to upgrade to the latest models after only a couple years (like Apple) so they start creating problems in order to force your hand. This is probably the 4th Chromebook I've owned over the past 11 years and the only reason I keep getting them is because they were so cheap/on sale when I bought them. I know I should probably invest in something like a MacBook, but I feel like I don't use most of the features enough to justify the cost. I use this mainly for light tasks like surfing the web, checking social media, and a couple basic functions on Google Docs, so the fact that it's already showing signs of wanting to give up the ghost after only 2 years should tell you a lot about what to expect with this thing. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because the sound quality is pretty good, unlike a couple others I owned, and I like the size as well as the fairly decent graphics. So if it's within your budget to do so, I'd recommend going with something more durable and with a better processor. Otherwise if you're just looking for something temporary that'll perform basic laptop functions, this one does the job...for the 2-3 years it lasts, anyway.

Title: A Catastrophic Disaster: Samsung Chromebook 4 (2021 Model) Fails on Every Front Review: Where do I even begin with this abysmal excuse for a device? The Samsung Chromebook 4 (2021 Model) is an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. This device has left me utterly frustrated and regretful of my decision to purchase it. Let me enlighten you on the myriad of issues that plague this technological disaster. First and foremost, the complete lack of functional apps is mind-boggling. I cannot stress this enough: there are absolutely NO apps that will actually work on this thing. It's as if Samsung and Google made a pact to provide users with a barren wasteland of app compatibility. I naively assumed that being a Google fan would ensure a seamless experience, but I was sorely mistaken. But it doesn't stop there. The real tragedy lies in Chrome OS itself. Oh, what an unbelievable disappointment it is. The promise of a streamlined, efficient operating system is shattered within minutes of using this Chromebook. It's riddled with bugs, glitches, and freezes that make even the simplest tasks an exercise in futility. I can't help but wonder if Samsung and Google put any effort into quality control whatsoever. Let's talk about the hardware, shall we? The 11.6" display is nothing short of underwhelming. The Intel UHD Graphics 600 is a laughable attempt at delivering a visually pleasing experience. It struggles to handle even basic multimedia content, leaving me squinting at a pixelated mess. As for the Intel Celeron Processor, it's a snail trying to compete in a world of cheetahs. It's sluggish, unresponsive, and incapable of handling anything beyond the most rudimentary tasks. To add insult to injury, the build quality of this Chromebook is abysmal. The flimsy construction feels like it could disintegrate with a gentle touch. It's a constant reminder of the poor craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail that went into its production. I can't help but feel cheated and taken advantage of as a consumer. In conclusion, I implore you to steer clear of the Samsung Chromebook 4 (2021 Model) unless you enjoy frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. Its lack of app compatibility, abysmal performance, subpar display, and overall poor quality make it an absolute travesty. I had high hopes for this device, being a Google fan and all, but it has left me feeling betrayed. Save yourself the headache and invest in a more reliable, functional, and well-designed laptop instead.
