Faulty mic
mic was faulty since arrival had to keep plugging it in and out repeatedly to get it working, picks up noise from surroundings intensely and especially wind noise.

Looking for a comfortable headset with a great microphone, clean-neutral audio and non-muddy bass sound? This is the headset for you. Honestly, I'm completely impressed with the quality of the build and even something a simple as a well-weighted and braided cable. The MH630 could be called a best value at under $100 and that may imply some cheapness to them - but when they sound as good as headphones at 1.5 - 2x the price - well there you have it. They also cover a 15 - 25,000 Hz range, so also impressive versus the competition. These aren't heavy bass sounding headphones, so look elsewhere if that's your goal. I use them primarily for gaming, but music also sounds great. They can easily be driven by your PC's onboard audio, but if you really want to kick it up a notch then consider something like the Astro Mixamp Pro TR if you are a heavy gamer and want chat-mix, mic side-tone and more power to the audio.
