DON’T waste your money!!!
I tried setting it up as soon as it arrived. The product never worked. They would not let me return it until I contacted the seller who insisted on sending a replacement. The replacement was also defective. So I tried to return it, but they would not pay for shipping on a defective product that never worked. After so much back and forth, the return window expired and the seller refused refunding me. I had to go through amazon to get them to refund my money, which they eventually did. I ended up buying the product from a tv talk show sale and that one actually worked, sometimes. However, after the battery died and I replaced it, the orbit will find my phone but when I trigger the orbit to ring from my phone, the light flickers but the sound will not go off loud enough to be able to find it. You can only hear it by holding it up as close as possible to the ear and then you can hear the alarm going off VERY faintly.

What I did not realize until too late is that the plastic ring around the device is not merely part of the packaging, but is a tool to open the device to replace the battery. Unfortunately, the battery life seems to be quite brief. Ive had my device less than 6 months and the app already says my battery is dead and will not detect my device. When the device works, it can also be used as a remote for the camera on a phone.

Very Flawed design
Wasn’t able to try the device because of its flawed design and flawed set up manual.

Would not recommend this product to anyone
First one I got battery was dead, returned got a second one worked for a month then stopped working. Not a good product.

Batteries are no good.
The orbit was great while it last. It came with two batteries. It was said that the batteries would last six months each. When I inboxed the first battery was already dead. Now the second one is dead. I did not get six months between the two.

Very bad product!!!!
The battery dies within the first 2 months. Changing the battery is difficult if not at all useful. Much care is needed to replace, if at all not done correctly, you will damage the product.

Batteriefresser und nach wenigen Monaten kaputt
Von Anfang an hat das Gerät nur wenige Tage mit einer Batterie funktioniert, was schnell sehr teuer wird. Nach dem Update der App funktioniert es nun gar nicht mehr. Abgesehen davon muss man neuerdings ein Benutzerkonto hinterlegen...

..spesso non funziona.. il portachiavi non trova lo smartphone o viceversa. Anche se sono nella stessa stanza o addirittura vicini sulla mensola
