Brake rewind tool
Great item. Works really well and saves a lot of time changing the brake pads. I recommend using the old pads as shims to take up the space in the caliper. All in all great but of kit and glad I bought it. Recommended 🙂👍

Poor quality
For the front brake pads work perfectly, for the rear brake pads I need more pressure and I broke this tools!

I used this when I was changing the pads on my Model 3, and it works good for the front brake, but it was a little too wide to fit in the rear brakes since my pads were pretty worn and the piston was all the way out. But after prying against the piston with a long screwdriver I was able to push it back enough for me to fit this press tool in and it was really easy after that. When first take out of the package everything was screwed down really tight, so you'll have to manually unscrew the plates and back it off a thread or so before the ratcheting starts working. I assume it was that tight so it wouldn't rattle when shipping. Overall really easy to use and I don't see why this wouldn't last a longtime with how long it takes in between changing pads.

This tool worked well made quick work of decompressing caliper pistons. It can be tricky to use at first as it does not ratchet without pressure in both sides but once you get the hang of it, it works perfect. So far it was durable and a good value for the money.

Works very well and easy to use. I have used it on two different cars and I works great. It is very durable and works very well. Great value for the money. I wish I had this years ago. It is much faster and easier than using a c-clamp.
