The best pizza cutter, period.
What more can I say? This pizza cutter is far and above anything I have ever used before. Its ease of use combined with its precision cutting are unmatched. The build quality is also excellent. I have several of these now, with the first bought seven years ago, and I can't tell even with close examination which is the oldest and which is the newest. This pizza cutter is also unbeatable in terms of value for the money. If you're looking for a great pizza cutter at a reasonable price, look no further.

WINCO rocks - or cuts pizza in this case
I really think that WINCO makes great value products which stand up. No glitz and glam. Just functionality. This 4 inch wheel is huge, and the 2 in would have probably been okay, but it slices through different pizza crusts with ease and hardly any pressure. Being able to remove the wheel is a big plus for me when it gets gunky. Look, why pay more? It's a pizza cutter after all! It works, it stands up, it's commercial kitchen compatible, and it's a value!

Does the job well. Kinda sharp unlike others I've used which is a plus.

Durable and Long Lasting
I bought this 10 months ago and I still really like the pizza cutter. This is not a low quality blade; I have used it regularly (about once a week), and the circular blade is still sharp. It is also tight up against the handle. (One thing that I hate in other pizza cutters is when the blade gets wobbly.) Although I haven't had the need to, the blade is also removable with a screwdriver. I would guess that even if it eventually loosens up, one could tighten in without a problem. This blade is large enough to cut through DiJiorno self-rising pizzas (a personal favorite of mine). I don't generally eat deep-dish pizza, so I haven't tried it on one. I think it would work all right in that situation, but I would definitely recommend a bigger blade if you had a choice. Personally, I have used another style pizza cutter that has a sideways U-shaped handle that I like using better, if only because it is easier to apply pressure. This pizza cutter had a somewhat curved handle, which makes it comfortable to hold, but it is still perpendicular to the blade. Pros: Very sturdy (IE not wobbly) blade; Stays sharp even after regular use; Removable blade for washing/re-tightening Cons: May be a little small for deep-dish pizzas

This is a commercial grade pizza cutter
The WINCO PPC-4 is the "Mac Truck" of pizza wheels. It's built to stand up to the rigors of strong-handed pros who cut hundreds of pies a day. Some have commented that the blade isn't sharp but it's designed NOT to be knife sharp. If the blade is too sharp the cutter would cut through the cardboard pizza boxes that pizzas are usually cut on. In the store the pizzas are usually cut on metal trays and a sharp knife edge would dull in no time. Believe me, the blade gets the job done. The WINCO PPC-4 secures the blade with a bolt, two washers, and a nut which makes blade replacement possible. The next time you're in a pizzeria see what cutters they're using and you'll probably see this model. My last noname brand pizza cutter broke after less than a year of light use because the blade was attached using a hollow rivet that was made of soft aluminum. The rivet couldn't hold up to a few pounds of pressure and broke in two. Bottomline, the WINCO PPC-4 is a great value and should last a lifetime.

Why did I wait so long to buy this?
If you bake pizza at home this is a great kitchen addition. I had a smaller version of this for years but it was terrible. It wobbled and wasn't very sharp. This version caught my eye and I bought one to try it out about 2 years ago. It's great. Cuts hot pizza (I still use a large knife on frozen pizza) quickly and effectively. It's stayed sharp for the two years I've had it and it's very easy to clean. It goes through the dishwasher just fine. I liked mine so much I bought a second one for when the other one is in the dishwasher or jic I lose the original. If you bake pizza at home and don't have a good pizza wheel cutter, just go ahead and buy this. You wont be sorry.
