Very good thermometer for making confectionary. We use for Fudge and it works great. Seems to be very accurate given the quality of Fudge we've been able to make! Very light and easy to hold and good quality materials. The only minor downside is you have to hold it a certain way to see the display. May not be great for lefties??

This is a really good product, I have used a few thermometers but this is not as difficult to use. I can use it in cold & hot liquids as well as cakes & puddings. The only bad side is the little plastic point protector however, I keep it in a box to keep it safe.

It's OK does the job but it can't turn off, the off button doesn't work and it has stayed on in the drawer ever since we got it. Not very impressed with the quality.

Convenient use for when I make my perfect Traditional Matcha and other herbal Teas

Looks well made but one tip: if you regulatly check similar temperatures like my green tea temperature at 80 C each day, then press the hold button before the off button. Next time you use it it will start at that temperature rather than ticking up from 20 C
