I found Amazons price 1/2 of Costco.ca making this a great purchase. According to Watts Premier support their manufacturing process has changed. Starting in late 2017 their R/O Membranes now contain a thicker outer diameter wrap which extends 'shelf life' concern, for the most part. Instead of 18-24 months, your are now looking at 4-5yrs. Not sure if these are the newer models but for price I could not turn it up.

I maintain difference reverse osmosis systems, some 24GPD and some 50GPD and because Watts Premier have a different design compared to almost all other RO systems it's important to buy Watts OEM membranes in order for the system to function properly. What's different...the biggest thing is the Watts Premier membrane has the check valve built in whereas other systems have an external check valve attached to the membrane housing. The theory is that check valves, like everything else, can fail so by replacing the Watts membrane you are also replacing the check valve, which prevents a malfunctioning RO system. High quality membrane, definitely recommend.
