Q: Cant get the rear wheels to turn out for trike? Just push button and swivel?

We had to turn the bike upside down and wiggle the wheel up and down as you hold down the button (not the brake lever). Just pulling it out didn't work at all, you have to wiggle it as you pull.

Q: I got my bike and it’s missing the one seat you use when it’s two wheels ? It was not in with the bike . What do I do now?

When you unscrew the black seat, you will find the blue seat underneath. We thought the same way and find it out by a chance.

Q: How is this for a 5 year old? She has special needs and need more support than something with training wheels.

Not recommended for a 5 year old. My daughter turned 5 on Oct 11th and she has cerebral palsy. She is way too big for it height-wise. Would have worked great if I bought it 2 years ago.

Q: Can you stwer wirh push bar?
