This was the exact code taken off the BP cuff I already have. The one I received had the very edge of the cuff curled and was not lying flat like the one that came with the bp machine. The reason I had to buy a new cuff was because the plastic valve interface off the Omron HEM-FL31 which is printed on my current cuff, had the plastic interface Had a tiny piece break off and I had to order the whole bp cuff and couldn't get just the interface valve. In spite of this item stating it was HEM-FL31, the hose size was smaller and as mentioned above, it was difficult to put the cuff on because the cuff itself was rolled at the end and I kept getting an error. I had to try to use one of the plastic interfaces on my original cuff and make some adjustments with a twist tie to hopefully make it stay on the original hose (which was a little wider incidentally) and it seemed to work. But I am essentially not using the purchased cuff and hose. So I am really not happy with this purchase in spite of it saying it was the same part number and really only needing the small plastic part which I am sure did not cost the price of the whole cuff.

This cuff is totally UNUSABLE to me. I have the OMRON BP785N and after three years the original cuff stopped working properly. I purchased this cuff and it was not like the cuff that I originally received with the BP785N. The initial cuff was longer and had more velcro to hold it tight.THIS ONE BLOWS OFF MY ARM WHEN I TRY TO USE IT. TOTALLY UNUSABLE. There is just not enough Velcro to hold it on once the pressure starts coming into it.I would not buy or recommend this replacement cuff.

I'm a physician. Used this cuff 60x over 5 mo's. Now the velcro won't hold for a single reading. The cuff is in as new condition - no lint or debris on either part of the velcro. Called Omron support - was advised that I would have to purchase a new cuff or entire unit. Really?? After 60 readings. The rep said the unit/cuff should last for 2-3x/day for 12-18 months. That's 1000-1500 readings! And mine failed after 60 and the company won't stand behind their product. Unbelievable.

My old Omron cuff needed to be replaced because the velcro would not hold while being inflated anymore . The new one worked ok for a few days but now is even worse than than the old one it replaced . This piece of junk was made in Vietnam but they couldn't even spell that correctly, " Made Invietnam " is what is printed on the cuff . Instead of wasting $25 on a useless cuff, I wish I would have invested that money on a brand new monitor instead . Don't be fooled into thinking this is an Original Equipment Replacement . It is only a cheaply made clone , aka a piece of junk ! It doesn't work, Please Save Your Money !

I am very disappointed with this cuff. I bought it because the description said it was the replacement for my Omron cuff but it is not the same type cuff at all.Whereas the cuff that came with my Omron had a hard "D" type feature that held the cuff in place until I could wrap the rest around my arm, this cuff has no such piece. It is very difficult to wrap this cuff one-handed and is much better suited for use with a second person placing the cuff.Very bad description to sell this cuff as a replacement for my original cuff. I feel ripped-off.

The 3 connecting pieces to adapt to various OMRON models was the deal breaking feature. Please note it is always difficult to check for accuracy on any device unless you bring the device with you to your doctor’s office and test it after he/she initially takes your blood pressure. Although this comparison can not be exact, you will know if your device is within the range of the doctor’s reading.

This is a piece of crap arm cuff. Thin. flimsy, cheap made. not enough velcro to keep intact on arm when pressure is applied.. do not buy this cuff....

Original cuff started giving off error messages. Thought I would have to buy whole new machine. But found this one and I'm back in business.
