Baby struggles with eczema on head. I was constantly having to adjust previous swaddle during the night because baby was getting free and scratching head raw. This was a huge success! I bought these to transition my twins out of traditional swaddles and they absolutely love them. They're super comfortable and not to thick, but not too thin either. The quality is great and the material is really soft. The only thing I recommend is when you wash them, go ahead and velcro the pieces together before washing/drying as they will stick to other clothing! But other than that, we are super pleased with these! I tried other swaddles/transition swaddles and these are by far our favorite!

Pros:- Helped our newborn, and award winning escape artist, get to sleep at the start.- Easier to use than a muslin cloth- Multiple options with hands in or out- Worked better than the love to dream sleep sack for calming, in our caseCons:- Velcro will destroy any fabric it touches in the wash, including if it sticks to the halo outside of the portion it was designed to stick to.- Way too big for 50th percentile newborn, need to be careful with wrap placement so that it doesn't cover the face with movement. It's possible to work around this with careful Velcro placement.- Some babies figure out how to get arms out before month 3 no matter the tightness or wrapping technique

Highly recommend this swaddle sack! Love the options of swaddle with or without the arms. Keeps baby at perfect temperature not too hot. Very very soft material and so much easier than swaddling!

I bought two of these swaddles within a few days of each other. While they are both newborn size, they have different zipper designs.Space design with a two-way zipper gets 5 stars.Forest friends design with a one-way zipper that attaches at the top gets 1 star.The two way zipper is perfect. You can zip up from the bottom to change a diaper easily. However, the zipper is always attached, making it so easy to slip baby in and zip them up for a gentle night time routine.The one-way zipper is a nuisance and lazy design. They didn’t even bother to get rid of the zipper-protector at the top of the sack when they changed the zipper design, leaving an extra bit of fabric that once guarded baby from the zipper.To get the baby in and out, you have to detach the zipper or reattach it, like you would a jacket. Imagine it’s 2:00 am, dark in the bedroom, and you’ve just managed to soothe a fussy baby. Now you’re fiddling with getting this zipper put together, racing against the clock, trying not to make too many movements.They probably saved 2 cents on the zipper change but now I’ll be going for a different brand for the rest of my sleep sacks, and returning the one with a garbage zipper.
