Q: how long does a replacement cartridge last?

It will depend on how rough the heels are or how big a callus is. May require 2 (or more) until you get heels/callus smoothe. I can tell you that I love the Micro-Pedi vs. the PediEgg & will not mind purchasing replacement cartridge when I need to. Actually, I purchased 2 extra cartridges when I purchased the Micro-Pedi; haven't had to use extras yet.

I would call the place that makes the micro pedi they may direct to where you can get a back. Hope this helps otherwise you may have to tape them in.

Q: Which color roller is more coarse than the blue one?

According to Emjoi, the dark blue one is Extra Coarse. I don't know of any that are more coarse. They work very well.

we take a hard brissil tooth tooth and clean with alachol.let dry and ther are ready to use.do not use off brand refills
