handy for the 'ol Skeletool
Although I am not a EDC fanatic, this is a very worthwhile addition. I HATE HATE HATE using the fixed screwdriver heads on a Swiss Army Knife or multi-tool. Skeletool has none of that **** but does have a socket that accepts removable flat bits. Flat bits are still pretty lame. THIS bit driver extender allows me to select the right sized conventional bit for the job. Some pre-selected bits, sized for your application...stowed in your bag or desk drawer and *POOF* a real useful tool. Recommend.

As the Surge already has a bit holder, this did not seem like much at first. Boy was I wrong! The added reach is priceless. Additionally, this makes some harder to reach places much easier to get to. Build materials feel good and the bit locking mechanism - although needs time to get used to - feel cleverly designed, as it does not limit you to magnetic bits or hexa bits for that matter! The fact that it attaches to the bit socket means that it is somewhat vulnerable to torsion, so mind what screws you go up against, sometimes it pays to grab a screwdriver instead of breaking your bit socket!
