Victron Energy BlueSolar MPPT Solar Charge Controller - MPPT Charge Controller for Solar Panels - 100V 20 amp 48-Volt

Changed our old PWM controller to this MPPT controller, couldn't believe the difference. The old controller struggled even in good weather. We are away in the caravan, we have mains power, but to check out this new controller the on board charger has been switched off for the last 2 weeks, lighting, water pump all the 12v systems haven't skipped a beat. The battery voltage hasn't dropped below 12.4 volts. The battery condition has greatly improved.

It's Victron, what else is there to say. Good price fast delivery. It DOES have a setting for lithium batteries so I'm happy!

Has cheap ones . Did not charger very good This one is great charges quick and even in cloud you get a bit charge still

Excellent product, you can't go wrong with victron, just get you amps correct and it will do a good job

This is a better design with the built in heat sink but I could not get the blue tooth working with my iPhone. Otis doing its job keeping my leisure battery charging with a solar panel but I have no control and rely on a voltmeter.

Victron equipment is more expensive certainly than other equipment, what I can say is now that I've made the switch I'm unlikely to ever go back to cheaper alternatives. The Bluetooth networking just works and I have all my victron gear on a VE networking over Bluetooth, less cables to run, I haven't yet committed to. Victron inverter that is on my wish list. As can be seen fr the photo I have the VenusGX software running from a raspberry Pi, this requires a usb to be network connection as the Bluetooth communication protocol has not (yet) been open sourced, this again just works and does so brilliantly. I have four hankook xv110 sealed lead acid deep cycle leisure batteries in a two series two parallel configuration. Victron battery sensors for each, Victron smartshunt, Victron 100/30 Smartsolar MPPT charge controller Now my use case does have some extreme requirements this is all in an outdoor structure, with the UK weather (esp right now) reaching freezing temperatures and prone to Fog (100% humidity for days at a time), I can say so far I have not been disappointed in this kit.

Superbly engineered and reliable product. Wish I'd realised the smartsolar has inbuilt bluetooth and is only a tenner or so more though. You really need blutooth access to see the host of options and functions and the standalone dongle is £35.

Had a few of these now after getting a cheap make that lasted a few months.

Only get top quality from name brands nameless stuff is junk sorry epever or anything that looks like it should have coverd my charge controller it was in warranty dont need a warranty for victron now its costing you not me. i see you changed your name epever to dodge all the junk you sell thanks victron for building a quality product
