Missing straps
I have not received the straps with the mattress

No carrying strap
The description and pictures include a carrying strap. It comes without one. Returned

Disappointed due to the absence of carry strap.
I have received the mat but the Velcro carry strap is not there. I am really disappointed as i ordered this item seeing the carry strap will also be there. But now its not there. Please send the velcro carry strap to me. Thankyou

No strap
It didn’t come with the shoulder strap and tbh i bought it because i want it to be able to carry it. The quality is as described though
