Works faster than Lactaid however manufacturers can package individually for ease of carrying about.

Its ok, but my favorite is lactaid. The recommendation for this is use 2 pills before to eat. This ends up being more expensive than the others.

So far it is working great.

These lactase pills really work. I've been happily enjoying hot fudge sundaes, pizzas, Pasta Alfredo and other dairy extravaganzas with no feelings of discomfort. I do have one concern, and hopefully it's rare. A new bottle is advertised to contain a hundred lactase pills. I counted the pills in my newest bottle, and it contained 94. I hope that this was an honest mistake on the part of the manufacturer, and not an ongoing problem.
