If you meant attaching the saddle to the seat post, I think it should be fine, as long as it's rail clamp is around 43mm width. Because I'm replacing a generic saddle to this. If you need further information, maybe you should check the ism website or contact their staff. =

Q: How is this seat for the female anatomy?

My daughter did not find it comfortable. It is wide in the back and that did not suite her bone structure. There are other saddles that have a wedge in the middle and not as wide in the back.
