Price is good, software and support is not.
Pros-Price is ok.-Unit programs quick.-Touchscreen works great.-Brightness is good.-screen is quite robust, I dropped couple of times. 😂-has in built USB storage.-able to read variables from plc and able to alter variables in plc from the hmi.-Very basic features are very easy to use.Cons-Software needs improvement.-Very dated software. Doesn't list win8 or win10, but lists winxp.-Very hard to figure out how to use advance features.-there isnt any firmware or program software updates! Same programming software for all Kinco units. I would purchase better programming software if able.-Initially had issues due to bad plc. Tried multiple times to contact Kinco, and Zero RESPONSES!! 😡ConclusionI only recommend this unit for price and for the physical unit. But I hate the software and have no confidence in kinco, and thus recommend others to spend more on a professional unit that does see firmware, and software updates.
