Is it good for petite women?

I'm not sure if its good for petite sizes as I'm 5'4 155lbs and the seat coverage was fine for me. However I was not a fan of this product as the seat cushion was WAY too hard/firm for me to sit on for 8hrs. The firmness of the cushion caused pain in my lower back. The back rest is ok and I still have it on my chair but I use it more for resting in between emails as opposed to having it support me while I'm working.

Are there straps on the bottom cushion? What keeps it from sliding around?

There are no straps on the cushion. The fabric on the bottom has little knobs that creates friction to the fabric of the chair. You can move the chair around without the cushion moving. I do adjust the cushion from time to time; however, it creates its own mold within the chair.

I am plus size is this too narrow for bigger people?

Probably....I'm regular ...where a size 16 and my bottom just fits. Its not as wide as the chair

will this work on a chair without arms?

My chair doesn't have arms. I fits will on my office chair. You can adjust the strap.
