Waterproof but spills easily
Great buy if you’re for waterproof mascaras, however be careful how you store it or put it in your bag. Whenever I open, there’s always a small leak.

Have tried many so-called non smudge eye liners but they never live up to the promise. This is the only one by far that is TRULY non-smudge! Love it!
