I do like the bands but the promise of an electronic guide or chart either arriving with the bands or on the website is a lie! The website appears new or under construction and there is absolutely nothing that instructs, guides, or assists one in the proper positioning--more importantly, no guide to shoe us all the exercises possible and, again, how to do them safely.

Great bands. I found that only the strongest one was very useful for me because they others did not offer much resistance (but that is just me; I am sure others will be able to use the other bands). Great workout tool and I just throw the little package in my suitcase when I travel.

First let me start by saying I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used these bands. I recently purchased a different set previous to this one and decided to do a side by side comparison. The introspire set is thicker and feel a bit more durable. Kind of stiff at the beginning but quickly went away after a few uses. I mainly purchased this type of band to keep up on my physical therapy after knee surgery. They work flawlessly for this purpose. If your looking for good quality bands at a even better price....choose these!

The bands are the correct size - length and width - for what I was looking for, but the thickness and resistance provided by each are not very robust. They are much thinner than expected and even the "extra heavy duty" band stretches way too much with very little resistance. I'll find something to do with them but will need to keep looking for thicker bands.

These bands are excellent. For that added resistance I double up on them. Had an issue with one of the bands and the rep quickly resolved it. I would recommend these bands to give ur workout that extra push.

Bands are nice. I have found though that the elasticity is not the same the same color bands that are used in my physical therapy.The physical therapy blue band seems a little stronger than the black band shown here.

They tend to roll while using them which is annoying. They get the job done though. I would prefer ones that are stiffer and won’t bunch up and roll. Spend the little extra money.

These were just what I wanted to help me continue progressing in my physical therapy exercises. Great for looping around ankles and knees for muscle building exercises for hip joint. Depending on the exericse, I'm using each of the bands. Also a great way to take exercise "equipment" with me when I travel so that I don't risk falling behind on my exercise plan.
