I bought 2 pumps one for myself and another one for my parents. I thought I can place the container on the top and need not hold the heavy container in my hands as I have injured finger with which I cant hold any heavy objects. One of it started leaking very badly already and I have to wipe it everytime after I fill the water from the dispenser. It has become a hazzle now. The intended reason for the purchase got defeated as it becomes unsafe everytime with lot of water on the floor. If unnoticed it becomes dangerous and slippery. I bought it in September 2025 and its hardly 6 months. Being so expensive it should have lasted much longer.

It has a dual switch control and lightweight, compact and portable. It is durable and doesnt make any noise. Water taste great. It is good for your home or office. I will be taking mine on camping trips!

Hab es im Büro auf einer 18 L Wasserflasche. Gute Verarbeitung. Metallhahn. Gute Pumpleistung. Leise. Sogar ein Kochtopf passt. Werden es auch im Campmobil nutzen.

I have it on our countertop and I made a whole to sting it down to the water. It’s perfect and I love it!

Over almost a year and its battery is holding great juice in it, after common daily use. Recharge never takes long and you can even dispensing water when it's charging too. Never had an issue and all as advertised.
