Good value hammer for most household tasks
This hammer is really reliable and well-balanced, making it a great tool for various projects. The grip is comfortable, reducing hand fatigue during prolonged use. It's durable and seems like it will last a long time, though it's a bit heavier than I expected for its size. It's built solid.

One of the best hammers you can buy
I know that most people think a hammer is a hammer. for the most part, yes that’s correct. But for those who know not all hammers are created equal, you will appreciate the fact that this hammer is under $30.00. The reason, for those who don’t know is most hammers don’t feel like this one does when swinging, when hitting, just holding it, or when it’s hanging in the tool belt. Most hammers that have this quality are at least twice as much and easily much more. Swinging this hammer is like using an 18oz. I haven’t felt that before in a “home store” hammer. Ones in you buy for 20- 30 bucks at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, or the hardware stores like Sutherland, ace hardware and northern tool. This hammer also strikes nails and staples in direct straight contact line and rebounds minimally and straight. In the past I’ve had hammers that felt awkward to swing making it hard to aim, and when you made contact, the hammer wanted to twist your wrist adding unnecessary physical exertion. Yes the claim can be maid that I wasn’t hitting the nail or staples directly, but I did test this theory by doing a drop hit test and the hammer naturally wanted to twist counter click wise and I’m right handed so to the outside. Any way this hammer makes me happy that there are companies still making quality affordable tools and not skimping on product quality just to keep a specific price point. Well done estwing well done

Comfortable to hold, well balanced and well made
Now that I'm shooting screws instead of nailing things together, naturally I decided to replace my 45 year old hammer. This is nicely balanced, comfortable to hold and well made. I'm sure it'll outlast me.

best hammer I've used ever
I've been in the construction industry in one form or another for more than 40 years, and I'll be damned if this isn't the best hammer I've ever swung. It looks like any other hammer, but when you pick it up and take your first swing you realize the perfect balance and how comfortable it is to hold. This hammer makes it easy to "hit the nail on the head" every time.

Solid hammer
Really nice so far - it hasn’t seen a ton of use yet but my initial impression is positive. Good weight, comfortable handle, solid construction.
